My Mother's Mother's Mother's.......

Another blogger that I read gave us the challenge of writing about our Mother's line and after thinking about it for a week or so and then actually looking at this line, I decided that it was an interesting subject.

My Mother starts it:

Nada Evelyn Lannigan, born in 1923 in Smith Center, Smith, Kansas.  She died at age 83 in 2010.

Myrtle Edith Jackson, born in 1902 in Osborne, Smith, Kansas.  She died at age 87 in 1989.

Hattie Eleta Lammey, born in Smith County, Kansas.  She died at age 82 in 1968.

Sarah Elizabeth Glenn, born in 1856 in Knoxville, Marion, Iowa.  She died at age 80 in 1936.

Rachael Cassiday, born in 1831 in Plain City, Young, Ohio. She died at age 42 in 1873.

Mary Elizabeth "Polly" Wilson, born in Monroe, Butler, Ohio.  She died at age 79 in 1893.

There are interesting stories about each of these women and I encourage my Lannigan friends to do more research on each of them.
